• 45 minute drive from Malaga Airport. Our location using what 3 words is: stylistic.modern.proper

• 4 bedrooms: 2 very large double ensuites and 1 large triple and 1 double that share a large bathroom.

• Upstairs master bedroom has air conditioning whilst the three bedrooms downstairs are naturally cooler and do not have aircon.

• The downstairs master bedroom has an additional single bed that can be made up if required.

• A cot is available on request and there is a high chair.

• Fabulous large main terrace with mountain and sea views perfect for alfresco dining, family board games, lounging on the sofas and basking in the sun.

• Gated pool with external shower and a variety of sunbathing beds and loungers..

• Separate large BBQ terrace off the kitchen with dining table surrounded by mature pine trees, pomegranate and almond trees.

• Table tennis terrace under a large peppercorn tree with ample room for yoga and with some fitness equipment including boxing.

• Separate games room in converted garage - with pool table, darts, disco lights and seating area with separate fridge to keep the beers cool.

• Pagoda in the garden for forest bathing, listening to the birds and watching the sunrise over the mountains.

• The mature garden is brilliant for hide and seek and there are also sculptures to spot and secluded benches to get away from everyone!

• Largely solar powered hot water with electrical back up for cloudy days.

• Log burner works like a dream (for winter lets) and we produce our own fire wood sustainably from the garden.

• Excellent Wi-Fi.

• Largely Egyptian cotton bedding throughout and both bath and pool towels are provided.

• Parking for 3-4 cars.

• Change over day - Friday (can sometimes be flexible on request out of peak season.)
